At the origin of Neoctet

I decided to found Neoctet in order to share my experience gained from a career of 35 years in Information Technologies and business transformation, consulting, strategy development, design, deployment and support of highly complex technical solutions, organization and management, experience marked by a strong personal involvement in achieving the results expected by my external and internal clients.

I make this experience available to our clients through my active participation into the missions they give us.

I also share it with my employees through constant coaching and mentoring actions.

Beyond Neoctet ...
Partnerships
Our job is wide and complex, it requires both high-level generalist profiles and expert specialists in a particular field. Faced with the difficulty of having all the needed profiles available at a given time, we have developed a partnership policy with several colleagues, which allows us to supplement our teams with one or more specific skills in the context of of a given mission, always under our responsibility and within the framework of our own commitments towards our client.

This partnership policy also implements the reciprocal. We can provide our colleagues with some of our skills.

These partnership relationships allow our employees and those of our partners to share their skills and experience for the benefit of our customers.
